天南星科植物生物碱成分研究进展

Research Progress of Alkaloids From Araceae

摘要:

总结了天南星科植物含有的生物碱类型主要包括吡咯和四氢吡咯类、吡啶和哌啶类、环二肽类、哌嗪类、吲哚和β-咔啉类、Homonojirimycin类生物碱,且此类次生代谢产物具有细胞毒与抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗氧化、抗凝血、昆虫毒杀以及糖苷酶抑制等活性,针对天南星科植物资源开发利用过程中存在的问题提出相应的建议,为该科植物资源的进一步研究与开发提供参考。

Abstract:

This review summed up that alkaloids in Araceae mainly contained pyrroles, pyrrolidines, pyridines, piperidines, cyclic dipeptides, pyrazines, indoles, β-carbolines, and homonojirimycins. These secondary metabolites had antitumor, antibiotic, antioxidant, anticoagulation, insects poison, anti-glycosidase and other activities. The relative proposals were provided to solve these problems during process of resources usage and these data might support basis for the further study and development of plant resources of this family.
