工业木质素包膜缓释尿素释放规律的研究

Study on Releasing Properties of Controlled-release Urea Coated by Industrial Lignin

摘要: 为了探明工业木质素包膜缓释肥料的养分释放规律,以及温度、pH和后熟期对于包膜尿素养分释放的影响,进行了一系列的试验。实验结果表明:包膜尿素养分释放曲线呈“S”型,28天养分释放率达到73.77%,养分微分溶出率为1.83%,理论释放时间为50.25天。当温度对于养分的释放影响是十分显著的。当培养温度由25℃提高到40℃时,养分的初期溶出率由8.03%提升到16.24%,微分溶出率由1.83%变为1.88%,理论养分释放期由51.25天缩短至45.55天。H+和OH-的存在均会促进养分的释放。当室温放置时间为30天内时,肥料的缓释性能是最佳的。

Abstract: To explore the properties of slow-release fertilizer coated by natural wood powder, experiments were conducted including the variable quantity such as temperature, pH and the storage time. Results showed that nutrient accumulation-release curves of coating slow-release fertilizer was "S" type, the nutrient accumulation-release of 28 days was 73.77%, nutrient micro-release ratios was 1.83% and theoretical release time was 50.25 days. The release of nutrients was accelerated by temperature. Releasing of N was promoted by a H+ and OH-. Slow release fertilizer was in the best performance when is placed at room temperature time within 30 days.
