烟叶还原糖与烟叶、土壤主要化学成分的关联分析

Relational Analysis of the Tobacco Leaf’s Reducing Sugar and the Main Chemical Components of Soil and Tobacco Leaf

摘要: 为探讨烟叶还原糖与烟叶、土壤主要化学成分的关系,研究了壤土及粉砂质土2种土壤条件下15种烟叶化学成分(还原糖、尼古丁、全钾、氯、蛋白质、全氮、全磷、Mg、Ca、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、K/Cl及糖/尼古丁)和6种土壤成分(Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、K及土壤pH)的相互影响,结果表明,Fe对还原糖有正向促进作用,Ca对还原糖的提高有抑制作用,提高Cu、Zn、Ca,降低Fe含量可以降低还原糖含量。可见,调整烟叶、土壤主要化学成分可以调节烟叶还原糖含量,进而优化皖南烟叶挥发性香气物质含量、提高烟叶品质。

Abstract: To explore the relationship of the tobacco leaf’s reducing sugar and the main chemical components of soil and tobacco leaf, we studied the influence of 15 kinds of tobacco chemical composition (reducing sugar, nicotine, total potassium, chloride, protein, total nitrogen, total P, Mg, Ca, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, K / Cl and sugar / nicotine) and 6 kinds of soil composition (Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn, K and the soil pH value) under two kinds of soil conditions. The results showed that Fe promoted a positive effect on reducing sugar and Ca could restrain the increase of reducing sugar, increased the content of Cu, Zn, Ca and decreased the content of Fe can reduce the reducing sugar content. Moreover, it could optimize the content of volatilizable aroma components and improve the quality of tobacco leaves in south of Anhui province through adjusting the main chemical composition of the soil and tobacco which could be reduced the reducing sugar’s content.
