增温排湿晾房对白肋烟质量的影响

摘要: 为解决白肋烟在晾制过程中常遭遇低温阴雨潮湿寡照的不利自然条件导致烟叶霉烂、品质低劣等问题,2011—2012年连续2年在万州白肋烟区开展增温排湿晾房试验,通过对温湿度进行调节,分析其对白肋烟晾制产质量的影响。研究结果表明,增温排湿晾房能提高晾房内的温度2~5℃左右,降低相对湿度到较为适宜的范围,使烟叶的晾制时间缩短7~10天;晾制后烟叶香气质、香气量、杂气、余味等有所改善;烟叶上中等烟比例平均提高10.22个百分点;产值提高了5474.33元/hm2

Abstract: To solve problems of tobacco leaf's mildew or poor quality which are caused by adverse natural conditions during the process of air-curing, for two consecutive years in 2011-2012, some experiences about how to control temperature and humidity have been taken in burley tobacco district in Wanzhou, in order to influence burley tobacco's air-curing quantity and quality. The results of the research showed that the warming wet-dry room can raise the temperature of the room about 2-5℃. This had four benefits. First, it can lower the relative humidity to a more appropriate range and shorten the time of drying tobacco for 7 to 10 days. Second, it helped improve the air-curing tobacco in both the quantity and quality of aroma, odor, aftertaste, etc. Third, the proportion of upper level tobacco increased 10.22 percent on the average. Forth, output value had raised 5474.33 yuan/hm2.
