黑龙江杂草稻资源生物学性状调查及利用策略分析

Research of Biological Characters and Utilized Strategy on Weedy Rice Resources in Heilongjiang Province

摘要: 为拓宽栽培稻的遗传基础,为水稻育种提供有利的基因源。利用采集自黑龙江省不同生态区的杂草稻资源48份和栽培稻主栽品种2个(‘龙稻5号’和‘龙稻3号’)作为试验材料,开展了13个主要生物学性状的调查。从栽培稻育种角度看,研究共筛选出了4份材料可应用于栽培稻育种中,编号为1、24、37、48号的资源茎秆硬度较强,落粒性较弱,与栽培稻性状相似度较高,具有可利用价值。同时探讨了利用的策略。

Abstract: In order to enlarge heredity basis of rice cultivar and provide beneficial gene resource for rice breeding, 48 weedy rice varieties, which collected from different ecological environment of Heilongjiang Province, and 2 cultivars (‘Longdao5’and‘Longdao3’) were used in this experiment. 13 main biological characters of weedy rice and cultivars were investigated. According to rice breeding theory, 4 weedy rice varieties were screened, which were No.1, No.24, No.37, and No.48 in this experiment. The 4 screened resources, with characters of strong lodging resistance and weak seed shattering habit, could be available gene resources in rice breeding. Meanwhile, utilized strategy of weedy rice was discussed.
