转基因抗虫杂交棉KB02高产生理特性研究

Study on Physiological Characteristics of Hybrid-Bt Cotton KB02 with High-yielding Capacity

摘要: 为了探明转基因抗虫杂交棉KB02高产机理,以抗虫杂交棉KB02 F1及KB02 F2与两亲本和太D5 F1、鄂抗棉13为材料,研究了转基因抗虫杂交棉KB02的生理特性(叶绿素SPAD值、SOD活性、POD活性与MDA含量)。结果表明,本试验条件下,盛铃末期(8月17日左右)为棉花叶片从生理功能旺盛到衰老的转折时期;吐絮初期(9月10日左右)棉花叶片的POD活性与籽棉产量呈负显著相关关系,相关系数(r)是-0.8925*;随着植株的衰老(8月17日—9月10日左右),不同品种的SOD、POD活性和MDA含量都逐渐升高;9月10日左右,转基因抗虫杂交棉KB02F1的植株叶片叶绿素含量和SOD活性较高,而POD活性与MDA含量较低,显示了较其他品种抗衰老的特性,最终获得了最高产量3828 kg/hm2;KB02F2在抗衰老的生理特性和产量上有所衰退,但仍强于常规棉及亲本。

Abstract: In order to ascertain the mechanism of transgenic hybrid cotton KB02 high yielding, the physiological characteristics of the transgenic hybrid-Bt cotton KB02 F1, KB02 F2, its parents, hybrid Tai-D5 F1 and E-anti-Cotton 13 were studied. The results showed that the turning point from blooming to senescence is at the later full boll stage (about August 17) under our experimental conditions. About September 10, the leaves of POD activity and seed cotton yield was significantly negatively correlated, and the correlation coefficient was -0.8925. With the aging of the plant (August 17 - September the 10th or so), different varieties of SOD, POD activity and MDA concentrations were gradually increased. In late growth of the transgenic hybrid-Bt cotton KB02F1, the chlorophyll content and SOD activity was higher, while the POD activity and MDA content was lower than other varieties, its showed that had anti-senescence characteristics, eventually obtained the highest yield. However the anti-aging physiological characteristics and yield of KB02F2 declined somewhat, there were still stronger than E-anti-Cotton 13 and parents.
