寒地冬小麦抗寒性评价方法的初探

摘要: 为了快速评价寒地冬小麦耐低温特性,通过室内低温处理和自然条件种植两种方式,采用调查低温下植株成活率和反应植株受伤害程度的电导法,研究抗寒性不同的冬小麦植株低温下其受伤害程度的差异。结果表明,实验室内抗寒品种低温-24℃处理5天后植株受伤害程度一致,而不抗寒品种-18℃处理5天后植株受伤害程度一致;室内抗寒品种-12℃处理7天其成活率低于50%,而不抗寒品种-12℃处理1天其成活率低于50%。由此得出,室内种植和室外种植的冬小麦植株经冷冻后其成活率差异不显著;抗寒品种‘东农冬麦1号’的半致死温度为-32℃,不抗寒品种‘济麦22’的半致死温度为-15℃。

Abstract: In order to estimate the character of cold-resistance in winter wheat rapidly, two varieties samples with different cold-resistance were planted under indoors and outdoors respectively. To know the differences of damaged degree in two materials, the electrical conductivity method shows the degree of plant damage and survival rate were detected. The results showed that, the damaged degree of cold hardy variety indoors were the same at -24℃ for 5 days and cold sensitive variety were the same at -18℃ for 5 days. The survival rates of cold hardy variety indoors were less than 50% at -12℃ for 7 days, but the cold sensitive can survive less than 50% for one day. After freezing treatment there are no significant differences on survival rates between indoors and outdoors. The lethal temperature of cold hardy variety DNDM1 was -32℃ but JM22 was -15℃.
