Research Progress of Monitoring Agro-meteorological Disasters by Using Remote Sensing

摘要: 遥感是实现农田信息快速获取的重要手段,在气象灾害发生后,利用遥感技术提取农作物受害的面积及监测灾害发生程度,对于灾害的评估与及时救助具有重要意义。本研究阐述了农业气象灾害遥感监测在当前特殊历史时期的重要性,对国内外不同农业气象灾害的遥感监测方法进行了综述,通过分析研究中存在的问题,明确了今后农业气象灾害遥感监测应该重点解决的问题,并展望了该技术的发展前景。

Abstract: Remote sensing is one important method to get field information quickly. After meteorological disasters, it is very significant to monitor the crop’s area and degree with remote sensing for disasters accessing and treatment. In this paper, the importance of monitoring agro-meteorological disasters by using remote sensing at this special historical period was elaborated. Different remote sensing methods of monitoring different agro-meteorological disasters were presented followed by a brief introduction. Finally, the current research highlights, the existing difficulties, the future development trends and the prospect for remote sensing of monitoring agro-meteorological were discussed.
