柿叶多酚及黄酮类定量分析方法的综述

Review on the Quantitative Analysis Methods of Polyphenols and Flavonids in the Leaf of Persimmon

摘要: 柿叶为柿科柿属植物柿的新鲜或干燥叶,是中国传统中药材,具有治疗心脑血管疾病、抗氧化、抗癌、抗菌等多种医疗保健功能。多酚与黄酮类化合物是其医疗保健功能的主要物质基础。柿叶中多酚及黄酮类定量分析方法,主要包括滴定法、分光光度法及高效液相色谱法等,但这些方法各有优缺点,其测量结果也存在很大差异。所以,当前至关重要的任务是建立并完善柿叶中多酚及黄酮定量分析方法。笔者概述了近年来柿叶多酚及黄酮类定量分析方法研究状况,以期为快速、简单、准确的测定方法的建立奠定基础。

Abstract: Persimmon leaves are the fresh or dried leaves of the plant in Ebenaeeae Diospyros. Being one of the traditional herbal medicines in China, persimmon leaves have the health care functions of antioxidant, anticancer, antibiosis, preventing and curing of cardiovascular cerebrovascular diseases due to main material bases of polyphenols and flavonids. The determination methods of total polyphenols and flavonoids for persimmon leaf mainly include the titration method, spectrophotometric method, HPLC method and so on. However, these methods have various advantages and disadvantages respectively, and their results show huge differences. So, the key task is to establish and prefect the quantitative analysis methods of polyphenols and flavonids in the leaves of persimmon. The current research status of quantitative analysis methods of polyphenols and flavonids of persimmon leaves are summarized in this paper with the aim to lay foundation for establishing methods which are rapid, simple and accurate.
