2个新培育水稻材料对褐飞虱的抗性机制研究

Resistance Mechanism of Different Rice Varieties to Brown Planthopper

摘要: 旨在筛选抗褐飞虱水稻材料,研究其对褐飞虱抗性机制。通过苗期抗性鉴定、成株期抗性鉴定筛选出了2份新培育的水稻材料,并对这2份水稻材料进行了忌避性、抗生性和耐害性的抗性试验。在苗期1105113表现为抗虫级别,1105096为高抗,在成株期1105096和1105113对褐飞虱均免疫;褐飞虱若虫和成虫均对1105096和1105113具有较强的忌避性;1105096和1105113对褐飞虱若虫存活率显著低于对照;1105096和1105113对褐飞虱的耐害性较弱,抗生性较强。这2个水稻材料在苗期和成株期均对褐飞虱具有良好的抗性效果。同时,这2个水稻材料对褐飞虱兼具有忌避性、抗生性和耐害性,其中抗生性作用较强,耐害性作用较弱,均可用于培育抗褐飞虱水稻品种。

Abstract: The aims were to select resistant rice varieties to the brown planthopper (BPH), Nilaparvata lugens (St?l) and study the resistance mechanism of the resistant rice varieties to BPH. Resistance of 2 rice varieties to BPH, was evaluated using the standard seedbox screening technique at seedling stage and adult stage. The antixenosis, antibiosis and tolerance of the 2 rice varieties to the brown planthopper were tested. The results indicate that, at seedling stage, 1105113 was at resistance level to BPH, but 1105096 was at high resistance level to BPH. At adult stage, 1105096 and 1105113 both were at immunity level. The antixenosis of BPH nymphae and adult to 1105096 and 1105113 was strong. Compared with the control, the survival rate of BPH nymphae on 1105096 and 1105113 were significant lower. The tolerance of BPH nymphae on 1105096 and 1105113 was weaker, but the antibiosis was stronger. It could be summarized that the 2 rice varieties both have an excellent resistance to BPH at seedling stage and adult stage. Furthermore, the 2 rice varieties also had tolerance, antibiosis and antixenosis to BPH, and the antibiosis was stronger than the tolerance. Both of the 2 rice varieties could be used to cultivate rice varieties’ resistance to BPH.
