薇甘菊提取物对椰心叶甲胃毒和拒食活性研究

Oral Toxicity and Antifeedant Activity of Mikania micrantha Extracts on Brontispa longissima (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae)

摘要: 为评价薇甘菊提取物在有害生物防治上的功能, 采用室内生物测定的方法研究薇甘菊 3种溶剂提取物对椰心叶甲的胃毒和拒食活性。结果表明 3种溶剂提取物均对椰心叶甲表现出一定的胃毒活性, 但未表现出显著差异, LC50的 95%置信区间之间均存在部分重叠; 而拒食活性比较中正丁醇提取物和环己烷提取物的拒食活性呈现出显著差异。薇甘菊提取物具有用于椰心叶甲防治的潜力, 研究结果可为椰心叶甲的综合防治提供参考。

Abstract: In order to evaluate the function of M. micrantha extracts on pest control, oral toxicity and antifeedant activity of M. micrantha extracts from 3 solvents on B. longissima were studied in laboratory. The results indicated that all the three extracts showed oral toxicity on B. longissima, and no significant difference was detected with overlaps among 95% confidence intervals of LC50. There was significant difference between N-butanol extract and Cyclohexane extract in antifeedent activity. M. micrantha extracts had potential on B. longissima control. The results may provide reference for IPM of B. longissima.
