杂交油菜高产组合产量与农艺性状的灰色关联度分析

摘要:

为研究油菜育种中利用杂种优势组配获得高产时各农艺性状对产量的影响关系,采用灰色关联度分析法对15个油菜杂交高产组合材料的11个农艺性状进行比较分析,探讨油菜杂交高产组合产量与农艺性状的关联度。结果表明,杂交油菜高产组合产量与农艺性状之间的关联度由大到小依次为千粒重、种植密度、生育期、主花序有效角果数、主花序有效长度、结荚密度、平均荚粒数、株高、一次有效分枝数、单株有效角果数、分枝部位高。云南玉溪市利用杂种优势组合油菜高产育种工作中,在合理密植的前提下,应适度增加播种密度,并适时早播,当株型合理时,应加强对千粒重、主花序有效角果数、主花序有效长度性状的选育。

Abstract:

To study the effect of agronomic characters on rapeseed yield when high yield is obtained by heterosis combination in rapeseed breeding, 11 agronomic characters of 15 hybrid high-yield combination materials are analyzed by grey relational degree analysis method. The results showed that the order of correlation from close to far between yield and main agronomic characters of hybrid high-yield combination rapeseed was 1000-grain weight> planting density > growth period> number of effective siliqua in the main inflorescence> main inflorescence valid length> pod density> average number of pods and grains> plant height> number of effective branches at one time> number of effective siliqua per plant> height of branches. In the high-yield breeding of hybrid combination rapeseed in Yuxi of Yunnan, under the premise of suitable close planting, the sowing density could be moderately increased, and early sowing could be conducted. When the plant type is appropriate, it is necessary to strengthen the breeding of several characters such as 1000-grain weight, the number of effective siliqua in the main inflorescence, and the effective length of the main inflorescence.
