Total Amount Control of Livestock and Poultry Breeding Based on Environmental Factor Endowment——A Case Study of the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone

摘要: 考虑环境要素禀赋,对区域畜禽养殖数量进行总量控制是畜禽养殖业可持续发展的重要措施。笔者测算了2000—2012 年鄱阳湖生态经济区畜禽养殖承载力、允许养殖总量以及实际养殖总量,并从畜禽养殖规模以及生态功能区划角度探讨了鄱阳湖生态经济区畜禽养殖总量控制的基本思路。结果表明:2000—2012 年,鄱阳湖生态经济区畜禽实际养殖总量均超过允许养殖总量;高安市、东乡县、余江县、德安县以及南昌县实际养殖总量占允许养殖总量百分数偏高,应该降低畜禽饲养量,提高畜禽粪肥利用率;都昌县、湖口县和彭泽县实际养殖总量小于允许养殖总量,这些地区虽然还有适当扩大养殖规模的空间,但应注重提高畜禽粪便资源化利用率以减小潜在的污染。

Abstract: In order to promote the sustainable development of livestock and poultry breeding, it is necessary to control the total amount of the livestock and poultry in a region based on environmental factor endowment. The author estimated the carrying capacity, permitted amounts and actual amounts of livestock and poultry in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone from 2000 to 2012. Moreover, basic thoughts on total amount control of livestock and poultry breeding were explored from the perspective of breeding scale and the ecological function regionalization. The results showed that the actual amounts were over the permitted amounts in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone from 2000 to 2012. Areas with higher actual amounts were Gaoan City, Dongxiang County, Yujiang County, Dean County and Nanchang County. The results suggested that the amount of livestock and poultry in these areas should be controlled and utilization efficiency of livestock and poultry manure should be enhanced, but in other areas such as Hukou County, Duchang County and Pengze County, the actual amounts were less than the permitted amounts, and the breeding scale in these areas had room to develop.
