降解菌N80对土壤中氯嘧磺隆降解效果的研究

Degradation Effect of Degrading Bacterium N80 on Chlorimuron-ethyl in Soil

摘要: 以 N80为供试菌株, 研究了 N80对草甸黑土中氯嘧磺隆的降解能力, 并测定了 N80菌株的接种量、 底物氯嘧磺隆初始量、 土壤中的水分及土壤不同类型对氯嘧磺隆的降解效果。结果表明: 当底物的浓度为 20 mg/kg 时, 在灭菌草甸黑土中添加 N80 菌株 5×1014 CFU/g, N80 对底物氯嘧磺隆的降解率由32.5%增加到 87.7%, 而在没有灭菌的土壤中添加 N80菌株后, 底物氯嘧磺隆的降解率由 47.5%提高到94.4%。同时对不同性质的棕壤土和草甸黑土接种降解菌 N80, 第 30天测定棕壤土和草甸黑土中的氯嘧磺隆降解率分别为 49%、 87.5%。底物氯嘧磺隆含量 20 mg/kg、 N80接种量为 5×1014 CFU/g、 土壤水分含量30%时, 在草甸黑土中N80对氯嘧磺隆除草剂的降解效果较好。

Abstract: N80 was taken as the tested strain to study the degradation effect on chlorimuron-ethyl in meadow chernozemic soil. The effects of inoculum size of N80, initial dosage of the substrate chlorimuron-ethyl, soil moisture and types on the degradation of chlorimuron-ethyl were studied. The results showed that chlorimuronethyl degradation rate increased from 32.5% to 87.7% when the substrate concentration was 20 mg/kg and N80 5 × 1014 CFU/g was added into the sterilized meadow chernozemic soil. In contrast, chlorimuron- ethyl degradation rate increased from 47.5% to 94.4% in the non-sterilized soil when N80 was added. Meanwhile, the chlorimuron- ethyl degradation rates were 49% and 87.5% respectively in brown soil and meadow chernozemic soil after N80 was inoculated for 30 days. When the substrate chlorimuron-ethyl was 20 mg/kg with N80 inoculum size of 5×1014 CFU/g and soil moisture content of 30%, N80 had the best degradation effect on chlorimuron-ethyl herbicide in meadow chernozemic soil.
