基于生态足迹的聊城市生态适度人口研究

Study of Ecological Optimum Population of Liaocheng Based on Ecological Footprint Model

摘要: 旨在研究聊城地区经济与人口发展的适度生态承载范围,以维护区域的可持续发展与生态安全。运用模型计算聊城市2006—2011 年的生态足迹和生态承载力,在此基础上分析了聊城市的生态适度人口(Ecological Optimum Population, EOP)与现实状况的差异。结果表明:在2006—2011 年期间,聊城市的实际人口一直处于增加态势,生态适度人口却一直在下降。聊城市目前已面临过度人口和生态赤字问题,具有相对较大的人地矛盾。反映出该地区的生态、人口与经济之间的关系不合理,并就该问题提出聊城市未来可持续发展的可选途径。

Abstract: The paper studied the moderate ecological carrying capacity of economic and population development in Liaocheng City in order to maintain the sustainable development and ecological security. The ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity from 2006 to 2011 were calculated by models, the differences between the ecological optimum population (EOP) and the actual conditions were analyzed. The results showed that: the actual population of Liaocheng City was in an increase trend from 2006 to 2011, but EOP was declining. Liaocheng faced the problems of being over- populated and ecological deficit, with a relatively large contradiction between man and land. The paper reflected the unreasonable relationship of ecology, population and economy in this region, and put forward the optional ways for sustainable development of Liaocheng City.
