三种植物生长延缓剂对蝴蝶兰品种‘大辣椒’开花特性的影响

Effects of Three Plant Growth Retardants on Flowering Characteristics of Phalaenopsis Variety‘Big chili’

摘要: 为研究植物生长延缓剂对蝴蝶兰品种‘大辣椒’开花特性的影响,笔者选用5 个浓度梯度的3 种植物生长延缓剂矮壮素(CCC)、多效唑(PP333)、BAS对‘大辣椒’进行调控试验。结果表明:(1)不同浓度的多效唑能有效降低蝴蝶兰花梗高度,250 mg/L 的多效唑可使花梗高度降低7 cm。不同浓度的BAS、矮壮素对花梗高度的控制作用不明显;(2)多效唑、BAS、矮壮素三者对蝴蝶兰花序长度有一定的促进作用,但均不明显。多效唑和BAS对花朵数有一定促进作用,而矮壮素对花朵数无影响;(3)三者对蝴蝶兰花径大小有一定促进作用,但并不明显。

Abstract: The paper aims to analyze the effects of 3 plant growth retardants (BAS, CCC, PP333) on flowering characteristics of Phalaenopsis, Phalaenopsis variety‘Big chili’was selected as the research material with 5 different concentration treatments. The result showed that: (1) paclobutrazol (PP333) with different concentrations could reduce the height of Phalaenopsis peduncle effectively, up to 7 cm with the concentration of 250 mg/L, BAS and CCC had no significant effect on peduncle height; (2) the three plant growth retardants with different concentrations were slightly positive to the length of inflorescence, PP333 and BAS were positive to the flower quantity, but CCC was not; (3) the three retardants all had slightly positive effect on flower diameter.
