苦荞种质资源生物学性状的多元统计分析与综合评价

Multiple Statistics Analysis and Comprehensive Evaluation of Biological Traits of Buckwheat Germplasm Resources

摘要: 为了了解苦荞种质资源的亲缘关系和发掘苦荞种质资源中的有益基因,本研究对100份苦荞种质资源的9个主要生物学性状进行了主成分分析,并以前6个主成分和遗传相似系数为基础,进行了二维排序分析和系统聚类分析。结果表明:100份苦荞种质资源前6个主成分累计贡献率为88.76%,并依据品种性状主成分综合得分值,评选出性状优良的10份苦荞种质资源;在聚类图中,全部种质的遗传相似性系数分布在0.03~22.63之间,在5.32的遗传相似性水平上将100份供试种质资源聚成3大类,第Ⅰ类包含37份材料,第Ⅱ类包含24份材料,第Ⅲ类包含39份材料。其中,第Ⅱ类的苦荞种质资源株高相对较高,籽粒质量重,丰产性好。将主成分分析、二维散点图和聚类分析结合起来发现,ZNQ098、ZNQ086、ZNQ048、ZNQ093、ZNQ082这5个品种的性状表现最好,可作为较为理想的育种材料。

Abstract: In order to explore the genetic relationship of buckwheat germplasm resources and find beneficial genes of buckwheat germplasm resources, 9 main biological traits of 100 accessions of buckwheat germplasm resources were investigated through principal component analysis, and the scatter plots were drawn based on the first 6 principal components (PC) and the clustering analysis was carried out based on the genetic coefficients. The first 6 principal components of the 100 accessions of buckwheat germplasm resources accounted for 88.76%. 10 accessions of buckwheat germplasm resources with excellent traits were selected based on the comprehensive score of cultivar traits. The genetic similarity coefficients of all resources were from 0.03 to 22.63 in the dendrogram. 100 accessions of buckwheat germplasm resources were classified into 3 clusters at the level of 5.32 genetic coefficients, cluster Ⅰ included 37 accessions, cluster Ⅱ included 24 accessions, and cluster Ⅲ included 39 accessions. Buckwheat germplasm resources in cluster Ⅱ had higher plant height, more weighty seed yield, and good yielding ability. ZNQ098, ZNQ086, ZNQ048, ZNQ093, ZNQ082 had the best traits based on principal component analysis, the scatter plot and cluster analysis. They could be used as ideal breeding materials.
