2种干旱指标在柳州的应用对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Two Drought Indexes Applied in Liuzhou

摘要: 为了找到一种较适合柳州当地的干旱指标,以便更好地开展柳州干旱的研究工作,基于逐日降水资料和实际旱情资料,分别运用EDP指数和降水量距平百分率对柳州1961—2014 年各季节的干旱年份进行划分,并与实际旱情发生情况进行对比分析。结果表明:(1)用降水量距平百分率划分柳州的干旱频数和季节连旱频数均比用EDP指数划分结果偏多,但二者存在50%的重合率;(2)柳州各季节的EDP指数和降水量存在着较好的相关性,其时间和空间变化均具有较好的一致性,用二者分析柳州的干旱均具有一定的合理性;(3)降水量距平百分率划分的干旱年份比EDP指数划分的干旱年份与实际旱情发生重合率更高,相关性更好,相比较而言,用降水量距平百分率分析柳州的干旱更为科学合理。

Abstract: The paper aims to find a reasonable drought index for Liuzhou, which will help carry out the research on drought. Based on the daily precipitation data and actual drought information, using the equivalent dry period (EDP) and precipitation anomaly percentage index, the seasonal dry periods from 1961 to 2014 in Liuzhou were categorized and analyzed. Comparing the analysis results with the actual drought occurrence, the findings were as follows: (1) drought frequency and continuing seasonal drought frequency estimated by precipitation anomaly percentage were higher than those estimated by EDP; however, the two had 50% overlap; (2) EDP and precipitation were well correlated in most seasons in Liuzhou, the two indexes were in consistency with temporal and spatial variations, and provided certain rationale to analyze drought in Liuzhou; (3) dry years categorized by precipitation anomaly percentage fitted the actual occurrence of drought better than those categorized by EDP index, and had better correlation coefficients; therefore, using precipitation anomaly percentage to analyze drought in Liuzhou was more scientific and reasonable.
