木荷容器苗的生长规律及质量指标的综合评价

Growth Rhythm and Comprehensive Evaluation of Quality Indicator of Schima superba Container Seedlings

摘要: 为明确木荷容器苗的生长规律以及筛选出反映木荷容器苗品质的关键性质量指标,采用泥炭土、珍珠岩及浙江当地稻壳为基质成分,可降解无纺布作为育苗容器,研究木荷容器苗在195 天内苗高、地径、叶片数和生物量等指标的变化规律,以及木荷容器苗生长至195 天之后苗高、地径、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量和根系活力等14 个指标的分化情况和相关性分析。结果显示:在移苗后,木荷容器苗在195 天生长期内苗高、地径、叶片数、生物量生长趋势基本相同。在75 天以前生长缓慢,75 天以后苗高、地径生长逐渐进入一个速生期,165~195 天,生长速率逐渐减慢并进入木质化阶段;且木荷容器苗的质量指标中,地径、总鲜重和质量指数的分化程度较高,并与其他指标显著性相关。说明木荷容器苗的生长发育优良,且评定其品质的核心性指标为质量指数、总鲜重和地径,可溶性糖含量(SS)、根系活力、总氮含量等为次要指标,高径比、根冠比为辅助参考指标。

Abstract: The research aimed to define the growth rhythm of S. superba container seedlings and screened the key quality indicators which reflected the quality of S. superba container seedlings. Employing the peat soil, perlite and the local rice husk to be mixed into composition of matrix and also biodegradable nonwoven to be container, the variation regularities of seedlings height, ground diameter, leaf quantity and biomass of S. superba container seedlings within 195 d were studied, and the correlation analysis and differentiation of 14 indicators, including seedlings height, ground diameter, chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content, root vigor and so on of S. superba container seedlings were researched after 195 d growth. The results showed that after transplant seedlings, the height, the diameter, the amount of leaf and the biomass per plant of the seedlings presented the same growth trend within 195 d. The growth rate were slow during the first 75 d after transplant seedlings, but after 75 d, the growth of height and diameter gradually entered a fast-growing period, and the rate gradually slowed down since 165 d after transplant seedlings, entering a lignification period. The differentiation degrees of ground diameter, total fresh weight and mass index in all quality indicators were higher than that of other indicators, and significantly correlated with other indicators. These findings indicate that S. superba container seedlings grow and develop well, and mass index, fresh weight and diameter and other morphological indexs are the crucial indexes to evaluate the quality of S. superba container seedlings, and root vigor, soluble sugar content and total nitrogen content are considered as the secondary indexes, and the auxiliary indexes consist of rates of height to diameter and root/shoot.
