7个核桃品种幼苗抗寒性评价

Evaluation of 7 Walnut Cultivars’ Seedlings Under Cold Tolerance

摘要: 以云南栽培的7个核桃品种幼苗叶片为材料,进行不同梯度的低温胁迫试验,测定其相对电导率、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和丙二醛(MDA)含量指标,从而对不同品种的抗寒性能进行评价。结果表明:7个核桃品种的相对电导率、可溶性蛋白和丙二醛,随着温度的降低都呈现出逐步升高的趋势,而可溶性糖则出现升高—降低—升高的趋势;将电导率变化应用Logistic方程拟合,推算不同品种的半致死温度为:‘漾泡’(-3.6℃),‘铁核桃’(-5.13℃),‘大砂壳’(-2.17℃),‘云新306’(-4.56℃),‘云新高原’(-5.91℃),‘温185’(-7.10℃),‘新新2号’(-7.37℃)。利用隶属函数对抗寒性能进行评价,得出7个核桃品种抗寒性强弱顺序为:‘新新2号’>‘温185’>‘云新306’>‘云新高原’>‘铁核桃’>‘大砂壳’>‘漾泡’。

Abstract: Seedling leaves of 7 walnut cultivars in Yunnan Province were taken as the materials, and the relative conductivity, soluble sugar, soluble protein and malondialdehyde (MDA) content were measured under different cold stress treatments. The results showed that: with temperature decrease, the relative conductivity, soluble protein and MDA increased, and soluble sugar presented an increase-decrease-increase trend. The relative conductivity was fitted with the logistic equation to calculate the critical lethal temperature (LT50) of the 7 cultivars as: ‘Yangpao’(-3.6℃), ‘Tiehetao’ (-5.13℃), ‘Dashake’(-2.17℃), ‘Yunxin 306’(-4.56℃), ‘Yunxingaoyuan’(-5.91℃), ‘Wen 185’(-7.10℃) and ‘Xinxin 2’(-7.37℃). Comprehensive evaluation using the membership function indicated that the ranking of cold tolerance of the tested walnut cultivars was: ‘Xinxin 2’> ‘Wen 185’> ‘Yunxin 306’> ‘Yunxingaoyuan’> ‘Tiehetao’> ‘Dashake’> ‘Yangpao’.
