“互联网+”在烟叶专业化烘烤中的应用

摘要: 为探索烟叶专业化烘烤作业规范和信息化管理,逐步实现“互联网+专业化烘烤”的烘烤模式,进行了该试验。结果表明:“互联网+专业化烘烤”的实施,确保了烘烤工艺落实,有利于提高烟叶烘烤质量,降低烘烤能耗成本;远程实时监控,减少了烘烤失误,减轻了烘烤师的劳动强度和工作量;利用实时的数据、图像等信息,确保对专业化烘烤过程管理的各环节“看得清、管得到、控得住”,有效提高各项技术到位率、工作效率及执行力度,促进各环节作业的规范化、痕迹化和可追溯;对专业化烘烤全过程的数据进行实时统计分析,便于指导烟叶生产经营。

Abstract: To explore the tobacco specialized curing specifications and informatization management, and progressively realize the ‘Internet specialized curing’ baking mode, the authors carried out the experiment. The results showed that: the ‘Internet specialized curing’ was beneficial to improving the baking quality of tobacco leaves and reducing energy costs for baking. Through remote real-time monitoring, the new mode could reduce baking mistakes, alleviate labor intensity and workload in baking. The use of real-time data, images and other information could ensure all aspects of the professional baking process to be “clearly watched, well managed, properly controlled”, effectively improved the technical availability rate, work efficiency and enforcement, and guaranteed that the baking process could to be standardized, marked and traceable. The real-time statistical data analysis through the whole process of specialized curing could guide tobacco production and management.
