枫杨散生木优树选择研究

Plus Scattered Trees Selection of Pterocarya stenoptera

摘要: 研究旨在有效利用枫杨优良遗传资源,建立枫杨散生木优树选择的方法体系,以期为挖掘枫杨遗传改良和开发利用提供科学依据。在野外广泛调查的基础上,建立江汉平原枫杨散生木年龄与胸径的回归方程为Y=0.737X 10.277。以初步选出的24株候选优树为对象,采用主成分分析法对年均生长量、高径比、枝下高、冠幅、冠径比、分枝角、树皮厚度和最粗分枝制定各性状的权重。结合初选优树的数量指标和形质指标,利用综合评分法评选出枫杨散生木优树6株,入选率为25%。建立的综合评分法为枫杨散生木优树选择提供科学方法。

Abstract: This research aimed at an effective utilization of Pterocarya stenoptera excellent genetic resources, methodological system of plus scattered trees selection of Pterocarya stenoptera was established in order to provide a scientific basis for genetic improvement and exploitation and utilization of this species. On the basis of extensive field investigation, a regression equation between tree age and diameter at breast height of Pterocarya stenoptera in Jianghan plain was established as Y=0.737X 10.277. 24 candidate plus scattered trees of Pterocarya stenoptera were used as the research object, the weight value of annual average growth, ratio of height to diameter, height under branch, crown, ratio of crown to diameter, branching angle, bark thickness and the thickest branches were determined using principal component analysis. Combined with quantitative indicators and form quality index of primary plus scattered trees, 6 plus scattered trees were selected by the comprehensive scoring method, and the selection rate was 25%. The comprehensive scoring method provides a scientific method for plus scattered trees selection.
