摘要: 为了探究生物质炭在重金属污染土壤中的影响及作用机制。本文基于前人的研究成果,概述了生物质炭的特性以及它与重金属、土壤微生物三者之间相互作用的关系。从土壤微生物生物量、活性、群落结构及多样性三个角度入手介绍土壤微生物的重金属胁迫效应及生物质炭相应的有益保护效应,着重分析了生物质炭对土壤微生物群落结构及多样性的影响。最后对该领域未来的研究进行展望,以期为日后生物质炭在重金属污染土壤中的科学应用提供一个微生态的新思路。

Abstract: The purpose was to study the effects of biochar on heavy metal contaminated soil and its mechanism. The properties of biochar and the interactions of biochar, heavy metals and microorganism were summarized. The stress effects of heavy metal and the corresponding beneficial protective effects of biochar on soil microorganism were introduced from three aspects of soil microbial biomass, activity, and community structure and diversity. And the effects of biochar on soil microbial community structure and diversity were emphatically analyzed. Finally, the authors made an outlook on the future research in this field, so as to provide a perspective of micro ecology for the future scientific application of biochar in the heavy metal contaminated soil.
