麻阳冰糖橙果园营养状况与果实品质状况分析

The Relationship Between Orchard Nutrient Status and Quality of Bingtang Sweet Orange in Mayang County

摘要: 为探讨冰糖橙园土壤养分对其树体营养及果实品质的影响,以湖南省麻阳县冰糖橙产区为研究对象,2011—2015 年对该县9 个代表性果园持续进行了土壤、叶片和果实矿质营养分析、果实品质的分析。结果表明:麻阳冰糖橙产区土壤pH接近适宜值,土壤中有机质、多数大量和微量矿质养分含量适宜或过量,而有效锌含量缺乏。麻阳冰糖橙产区树体氮、锰、铜、硼、钼含量适宜,磷、铁含量过量,而钾、锌、钙、镁含量缺乏,不同果园间树体养分差异较大;果实中氮和钾含量较高,且与土壤中、叶片中氮钾含量相对一致。麻阳冰糖橙果实大小差异明显,果实直径与果皮厚度呈明显的正相关,而与果实可溶性固性物和维生素C含量呈明显的负相关。土壤与叶片中磷含量呈极显著负相关,锰、钙呈极显著正相关;叶片与果实中钾含量呈极显著正相关。

Abstract: To investigate the effect of soil nutrients on tree nutrients and fruit quality in Bingtang sweet orange orchard, the soil, leaf, fruit mineral nutrients and the quality of fruits in 9 representative orchards of Mayang County, Hunan Province, had been analyzed during 2011-2015. The results showed that the soil pH of Mayang County was close to the optimum values. The contents of soil organic matter, most macronutrients and micronutrients were optimum or excessive, while the soil available Zn content was significantly low. In the leaves of Bingtang sweet orange tree, N, Mn, Cu, B and Mo contents were optimum, P and Fe contents were excessive, but K, Zn, Ca and Mg contents were lacked. There were great differences of nutrients among the trees in different orchards. Fruits exhibited relatively high N and K contents which were consistent with N and K contents in soil and leaves. Among the representative orchards in Mayang County, Bingtang sweet oranges showed significant difference in fruit-size. The diameter of fruit was positively correlated with the thickness of fruit-peel but negatively with fruit TSS and VC content. Soil Mn and Ca contents showed significantly positive correlation with that in leaves, but soil P was negatively correlated with P content in leaves. The contents of K exhibited significantly positive correlation between leaf and fruit.
