水稻化肥使用量增长问题与零增长对策

Problem of Fertilizer Application Increase in Rice and Countermeasures of“Zero Increase”

摘要: 通过查阅统计年鉴资料和开展农户施肥跟踪调查,了解化肥使用量变化态势,分析水稻化肥使用量增长特点,从而为水稻乃至其他作物化肥使用量零增长行动工作提供指导参考。统计资料显示,化肥使用量(实物量)呈逐年增长态势,2001-2015年平均年自然增长率1.387%。农户抽查表明:水稻化肥使用量在整个农作物中所占比重较大。在化肥使用量增长中,2005-2015年水稻化肥养分亩用量增长幅度(55.4%)明显高于实物量增长幅度(2.9%),农户水稻氮磷钾用量及配比不合理问题仍然占有一定的比重。基于调查分析,在使用量增长目标上建议应以养分量为主,在技术途径上提出了“四调”和“四改”思路。

Abstract: The fertilizer application amount change trend was studied by referring to statistical yearbook and surveying on farmers’fertilization habit. This article analyzed the characteristics of fertilizer application increase in rice and provided references for“zero increase”of fertilizer in the production of rice and other crops. Statistics showed that the amount of fertilizer application showed an increasing trend year by year, the annual average growth rate was 1.387% during 2001 to 2015. The amount of fertilizer application on rice accounted for a big proportion in whole crop production. The growth rate of rice fertilizer amount from 2005 to 2015 was 55.4%, which was significantly higher than the physical volume growth rate (2.9%), the unreasonable N/P/K application was maintained. Based on this paper, to achieve the target of chemical fertilizer“zero increase”, the application of fertilizer should focus on the pure amount of fertilizer and follow the“four adjustments”and“four changes”.
