东亚钳蝎蝎毒组分初测

Determination of Components in Venom of Buthus martensi Karsch

摘要: 为探明陕北东亚钳蝎蝎毒的组分含量,挖掘陕北产蝎子资源的医药用价值,本研究采用Lowry法、苯酚比色法、索氏提取法、冷冻干燥法等经典方法,对采自延安市宝塔区杨家岭后山的东亚钳蝎蝎毒中的可溶性蛋白质、总糖、粗脂肪、水分及不溶物含量等进行了测定。结果表明,该地特产蝎子的蝎毒干粉中,可溶性蛋白含量为46.3%,总糖含量为3.43%,粗脂肪含量为7.23%,不溶物质含量为31.8%,蝎毒液中水分含量为90%。这些结果为陕北产蝎毒的功能组分研究与商品化提供了一定的实验依据。

Abstract: In order to investigate components of scorpion venom and explore pharmaceutical resources of Buthus martensi Karsch in northern Shaanxi, contents of soluble protein, total sugar, total fat in the venom were determined by using Lowry method, phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetry and Soxhlet extraction method, respectively. And contents of water and insoluble substance were determined using freeze-drying method. The results showed that the contents of soluble protein, total sugar, total fat and insoluble substance were 46.3%, 3.43%, 7.23% and 31.8% in dry scorpion venom, respectively. And water occupied 90% of scorpion venom liquid. The study may provide a reference for the commercialization and functional component exploration of scorpion venom in northern Shaanxi.
