中国与全球抗逆转基因水稻研究的可视化对比分析

Visualized Comparative Analysis of Resistant Transgenic Rice Researches: Between the Global and the Domestic

摘要: 为比较中国与全球抗逆转基因水稻研究状况及热点与趋势,采用可视化分析方法,以Web of Science核心数据库和CNKI数据库2001—2015年抗逆转基因水稻相关文献为样本,借助CitespaceⅢ软件对该研究的科学知识图谱进行可视化分析。就作者合作来说,中国高产作者合作分散,如钱前、陈亮等独立作者较多,仅刘永胜、牛向丽等少数几人形成区域小规模合作;而对比全球,密集且形成了多个联系密切的作者合作网络;通过对比研究热点,共性为都注重本身技术及抗病、抗虫研究,而在中国还包括抗环境胁迫、抗除草剂基因等研究,更趋于多元化。中国在该领域应加强核心作者间的合作,加快资源整合与共享;并关注全球在该领域的最新研究,重视国际间合作,促进抗逆转基因水稻研究的快速发展。

Abstract: To compare the research status, hotspots and trend of the global and the domestic resistant transgenic rice, the visual analysis method was used in this study. The literatures on resistant transgenic rice from 2001 to 2015 from Web of Science core database and CNKI were used as samples, and the map of scientific knowledge was studied with the visual analysis by CiteSpaceⅢ. In terms of the author collaboration, the cooperation of domestic prolific authors is dispersal, such as the independent author Qian Qian, Chen Liang. Only a small number of people formed a small-scale regional cooperation, such as Liu Yongsheng and Niu Xiangli. While in the global research, multiple author collaboration networks were formed with intensive and close links. Through comparative study of hot spots, the common focuses are technology itself and disease resistance and insect resistance, but China’s research tended to be diversified, including genes resistant to environmental stresses and herbicides. China should strengthen the cooperation between the core authors, speed up resources integration and sharing, and focus on the latest researches in the world, pay attention to international cooperation, and promote the rapid development of resistant transgenic rice.
