浸种剂和浸种时间对紫花苜蓿种子发芽的影响

Soaking Agent and Time Affect Seed Germination of Medicago sativa

摘要: 为了筛选出最适合紫花苜蓿种子发芽的浸种处理,选用3种处理时间,分别为1 d、2 d、3 d,选用4种浸种剂,分别为H2O、2.0% NaCl、2.0% CaCl2、2.0% KNO3;对这4种浸种剂和3种浸种时间进行交互处理,共有12种处理组合,对各浸种剂和浸种时间交互作用对紫花苜蓿种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响进行分析。结果表明:2.0% KNO3溶液浸种1 d、2 d、3 d紫花苜蓿种子的发芽率与种子活力较高,并且对幼苗生长的不良影响较小,尤其是浸种1d的效果最佳,可作紫花苜蓿种子浸种处理的优先选择;2.0% NaCl溶液浸种1d的发芽率较高,但是种子的萌发速率低,且影响幼苗的生长;H2O浸种1d的发芽率较高,且对幼苗的生长影响较小,浸种2 d、3 d对种子的萌发与幼苗的生长影响不明显;2.0% NaCl溶液浸种2 d,与2.0% CaCl2溶液浸种1 d、2 d、3 d的种子发芽率和发芽速率较低,且对幼苗的不良影响较大,不适于作紫花苜蓿种子浸种的选择。

Abstract: To select the suitable seed treatment scheme ofMedicago sativa , we set three processing time, 1 d, 2 d, 3 d, and four seed soaking agents, respectively, H2O, 2.0% NaCl, 2.0% CaCl2, and 2.0% KNO3, and designed 12 treatment combinations. According to the test data, we assessed the effect of the combinations onM. sativa seed germination and seedling growth. The results showed that seeds soaked in 2.0% KNO3 for 1 d, 2 d and 3 d had higher germination rate and seed vigor, and less adverse effect on the seedling growth, especially the effect of 1 d, which was prominent and could be the preferential choice for treatingM. sativa seeds. The germination rate under 2.0% NaCl for 1 d was higher, but the germination speed was low, and the growth of seedlings was affected. The germination rate under H2O treatment for 1 d was higher, and the effect on seedling growth was less, but the soaking time of 2 d and 3 d had no obvious effect on seed germination and seedling growth. The soaking treatment of 2.0% NaCl for 2 d and the soaking treatment of 2.0% CaCl2 for 1 d, 2 d and 3 d had low germination rate and speed, as well as adverse effect on seedlings, and were unsuitable for M. sativa seed soaking.
