云南部分地区农产品重金属污染现状与分析

Heavy Metal Pollution of Agricultural Products: Present Situation in Some Areas of Yunnan

摘要: 农产品质量安全是当今全世界普遍关注的热点问题,也是我国十分重视的农业发展问题。为了解云南地区农产品中重金属含量水平、评价其食用安全性,文中综述了近年来云南部分地区(主要为存在潜在污染区域)主要农产品的重金属污染情况研究结果。发现云南部分尾矿区存在重金属污染隐患,部分农产品重金属含量达到或者超过安全限制,部分农作区的粮食作物、蔬菜、经济作物、野生菌资源等存在一定的重金属安全风险,中药材、茶叶、烟草中重金属含量相对安全。在分析云南农产品重金属含量超标原因的基础上,提出了解决云南重金属污染的几点建议和防治对策。当地政府、相关企事业单位应提高重金属污染关注度,加强种植业的监督管理,形成完备的重金属污染治理体系,确保农产品的质量安全。

Abstract: The quality and safety of agricultural products is a common concern issues in the world and a agriculture development problem which our country attaches great importance. To understand the agricultural products’ heavy metal content in part of Yunnan and evaluate its edible security, the research of heavy metal pollution in parts of Yunnan provinces’ (mainly for the potentially contaminated area) main agricultural products were analyzed. Found that in parts of yunnan some metal tail mine pose a metal pollution hazard, heavy metal content exceed to security restrictions, crops, vegetables, economic crops, wild fungus resources and so on in the farming had certain security risks of heavy metals, Heavy metals content in Chinese traditional medicine, tea, tobacco is relatively safe. Based on the analysis of cause which agricultural products’ heavy metal content exceeds in yunnan province, the paper put forward the suggestions and countermeasures to solve the pollution of heavy metals in yunnan. The local government and relevant enterprises should improve the awareness of heavy metal pollution, strengthen supervision and management of planting industry, form a complete system of heavy metal pollution, and ensure the quality safety of agricultural products.
