硒对铅、砷单一污染下小白菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

Effect of Selenium on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth Under Single Pollution of Pb and As in Chinese Cabbage

摘要: 为了探讨硒(Se)对小白菜铅(Pb)、砷(As)单一污染下造成毒害的缓解作用,采用种子萌发试验,研究了不同浓度外源Se (12.5、25、50、75、100 mg/kg)对不同浓度Pb (600、800、1000 mg/kg)和不同浓度As (80、100 mg/kg)单一污染下小白菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:在该研究缓解条件下,不同浓度Se 显著提高Pb、As胁迫下小白菜种子发芽率、发芽势、根长、芽长和鲜重。表明外源Se 能有效的减轻Pb、As胁迫对小白菜种子的毒害作用。对本研究所用的3 种浓度Pb来说,适宜的Se 缓解浓度分别为12.5、25、50 mg/kg。对两种浓度As来说,适宜的Se缓解浓度分别为25、100 mg/kg。

Abstract: To study the alleviated effect of Se on single pollution of Pb and As in Chinese cabbage, seed germination experiments were performed to investigate the effect of exogenous Se (12.5、25、50、75、100 mg/kg) on single pollution of Pb (600、800、1000 mg/kg) and As (80、100 mg/kg) in seed germination and seedling growth of Chinese cabbage. The results showed that different concentrations of Se dramatically increased the germination rate, germination potential, root length, shoot length and the fresh weight under Pb and As stress, which indicated that exogenous Se application could effectively alleviate Pb and As toxicity to Chinese cabbage. For the single pollution of Pb of the three concentrations, the appropriate Se concentrations were 12.5, 25 and 50 mg/kg. For the single pollution of As of the two concentrations, the appropriate Se concentrations were 25 and 100 mg/kg.
