Abstract: The research aims to understand the present situation of agricultural productive service industry in Anhui Province and evaluate its development efficiency, so as to provide valuable reference to promote the development of agricultural productive service industry in Anhui. The authors made an overview of the situation of agricultural productive service industry in Anhui, and conducted the evaluation from a time and space perspective by using the Data Envelopment Analysis. The research finds that because of scale efficiency, the DEA is invalid from 2007 to 2015 in Anhui Province. In 2015, there are great differences in the comprehensive efficiency of agricultural productive service industry in different regions, the comprehensive efficiency value of six cities is 1, such as Suzhou, Bengbu, Wuhu and etc., and the minimum value is 0.365 in Huangshan City. Based on these, the research proposes promoting the industrial chain integration, investing in science and technology, and formulating supportive policies in industrial development dimension; in spatial dimension, it is suggested to balance the development of agricultural productive service industry in different regions; in inter-industry cooperation dimension, the integration of agricultural productive service industry and characteristic agriculture should be encouraged. Finally, the shortcomings and development direction of the research are discussed.
