不同光照条件对鹤望兰抗寒性影响

Cold-resistance of Strelitzia reginae in Different Light Conditions

摘要: 为探索光照对鹤望兰幼苗培育及抗寒性的影响,以不同光照条件下的18 个月鹤望兰为材料,用生理生化方法从半致死温度、可溶性糖、脯氨酸、丙二醛、POD 等生理指标研究叶片在自然降温过程中抗寒力的变化。结果表明:在自然降温过程中,半致死温度也逐渐降低,夏季遮荫的半致死温度由-1.79℃到-3.32℃,全年遮荫半致死温度由-0.72℃到-1.51℃;可溶性糖、脯氨酸和丙二醛含量也变化明显;且均表现为夏季遮荫抗寒力最强,POD活性比较稳定,对温度敏感性低。不同光照条件下的鹤望兰抗寒力由强到弱为夏季遮荫、全年自然光、全年遮荫。

Abstract: The paper aims to explore the effect of light on the seeding cultivation and cold resistance in Strelitzia reginae . The influence of different light condition on the leaf cold resistance abilities is studied by the method of physiology biochemistry from the follow physiologic indexes: the semilethal low temperature (LT50), soluble sugar, praline, POD activity, MDA with 18-months-old Strelitzia reginae as material. The results showed that lethal temperature is also gradually reduced in the natural cooling process, from -1.79℃ to -3.32℃ shade in summer and from -0.72℃ to -1.51℃shade all year. Meanwhile, soluble sugar, proline and MDA changed significantly which showed the strongest cold resistance in summer shade. POD activity was relatively stable, low sensitivity to temperature. The cold resistance of S. reginae growing in the different light condition was: shade in summer, Natural light all year, shade all year.
