Abstract: Grass- roots Party organizations are the most important leading force in rural areas. The development of rural economy should take advantage of the leadership, cohesion and coordination of the Party organizations. Although great achievements have been made in China''s rural economy, the peasants are still poor, the collective economic strength is still weak and the economic leadership of the grass- roots Party organizations is still insufficient. Based on the history of grass-roots Party branches in China, and the practice of economic development of the Party organizations in some places, this paper puts forward the tentative plan of the mechanism of interest connection with the core of“CPC Branch +”, and carries on the concrete analysis for the“CPC Branch+”of Tangling village. The study finds that Tangling village grows fast through the "CPC Branch + " platform of interest- linked mechanism. The local villagers are highly satisfied with the Party organizations and the economic development effect. "CPC Branch +" platform of interest-linked mechanism provides a new path for rural economic development. The "CPC Branch + " platform of interest- linked mechanism can integrate all aspects of resources to develop the economy, and stimulate business entities to participate in industrial activities; the economy can therefore be developed. What’s more, through the Party organization to determinate the nature and development direction of the village industry, the results of economic development will benefit the masses of farmers and achieve the purpose of rural revitalization.
