微生态制剂对重茬甜菜生长及块根产量品质的影响

Effect of Microbial Ecological Agents on Growth, Root Yield and Quality of Sugarbeet in Continuous Cropping System

摘要: 为明确微生态制剂对重茬甜菜生长发育及产量品质影响效果,试验于2016年在内蒙古自治区林西县进行。分别施用微生态制剂LJT1号和LJT3号于甜菜苗床喷施3次和移栽甜菜田喷施3次。试验结果表明,苗床喷施微生态制剂可以增加甜菜幼苗根长、株高、植株干重及增大根冠比率;移栽田喷施微生态制剂提高了叶片SPAD含量,增强了叶片光合能力;施用微生态制剂降低了甜菜根腐病发病率,提高了甜菜块根产量、含糖和产糖量。因此,在甜菜种植中特别是重茬甜菜栽培生产中可以施用微生态制剂培育壮苗、提高光合能力、降低发表率,进而增产增糖。

Abstract: To investigate the effect of microbial ecological agents on growth, yield and quality of sugarbeet in continuous cropping, an experiment was conducted in Linxi county, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2016. Microbial ecological agent LJT1 was sprayed 3 times in beet seedling bed and LJT3 was sprayed 3 times in transplanting field respectively. Results indicated that spraying microbial ecological agents in seedling bed could significantly increase root length, plant height, plant dry weight and seedling quality, while spraying microbial ecological agents in transplanting field could increase leafSPAD value and photosynthesis ability. It is concluded that the application of microbial ecological agents increases the root yield, sugar content and sugar production of beet. Therefore, in sugarbeet planting, especially in continuous cropping system, micro ecological agents can be used to cultivate strong seedlings, improve the photosynthetic ability, reduce incidence of root rot, and then increase the yield and sugar content.
