秧龄对手插晚稻‘广两优7217’和‘天优华占’产量及生育特性的影响

Manual Transplanting Late Rice ‘Guangliangyou 7217’ and ‘Tianyouhuazhan’: Effects of Seedling Ages on Yield and Growth Characteristics

摘要:

为研究2个杂交籼稻‘广两优7217’和‘天优华占’的秧龄弹性,采用湿润育秧、手工移栽方式,比较25、30、35、40、45天秧龄处理对手插晚稻产量、秧苗素质、生育进程、分蘖能力和生物产量的影响。结果表明:随着秧龄的延长,两个品种的产量先增加后减少,皆以30天秧龄处理的产量最高,较各自秧龄处理的最低产量分别提高15.8%和8.2%,产量的提高是由于总颖花量的增加,结实率无显著差异。随着秧龄的延长,苗高和叶龄增加、单株分蘖减少、百株干重和充实度先增大后减小;生育时期提前,始穗期提前尤为突出;生物产量先增加后减少,收获指数增加。综上所述,‘广两优7217’高产栽培适宜秧龄为30天,不宜超过35天;‘天优华占’的高产栽培适宜秧龄为30~35天,秧龄弹性相对较大。

Abstract:

To clarify the elasticity of seedling age of two indica hybrid rice cultivars ‘Guangliangyou 7217’ and ‘Tianyouhuazhan’, the effect of different seedling ages (25, 30, 35, 40 and 45 days) treatment on yield, seedling quality, growth process, tillering ability and biomass of late rice were studied by wet seedling cultivation and manual transplanting. The results showed that the yield of the two cultivars increased first and then decreased with the increase of seedling age, and the yield under the 30-day-old seedling age treatment was the highest, increased by 15.8% and 8.2%, respectively, compared with the lowest yield of each cultivar under seedling age treatments. The increase of yield was due to the increase of the total number of spikelet, and the setting rate had no significant difference. Along with the increase of seedling age, the seedling height and leaf age increased, the tillering per plant decreased, the dry weight of 100 plants and plumpness first increased and then decreased; the growth period was ahead of time, especially the initial heading; the biomass first increased and then decreased, and the harvest index increased. In conclusion, the appropriate seedling age for ‘Guangliangyou 7217’ is 30 days, no more than 35 days. The appropriate seedling age for ‘Tianyouhuazhan’ is 30-35 days, and the elasticity of seedling age is relatively big.
