不同生根粉浓度对5种木本植物插穗萌发和生根的影响

Different Rooting Powder Concentrations: Effects on Budding and Rooting of Cutting Segments in 5 Woody Plants

摘要:

蒙古莸、金叶莸、沙棘、沙枣和红雪果是近年来北京地区园林绿化中新引进的5种观赏性优良、环境适应性广的木本植物。为了扩大其种植,采用扦插法进行繁殖研究,研究了不同浓度生根粉处理对其扦插苗萌发率和生根率的影响。结果表明,一定浓度的生根粉处理能提高蒙古莸、金叶莸和沙棘的萌发率,也能提高沙棘、沙枣、红雪果的生根率和蒙古莸、金叶莸、沙棘、红雪果的生根数。中、低浓度的生根粉处理能够显著促进5种木本植物插穗的根长。生根粉也能提高沙枣的插穗上盆成活率。综上所述,用0.15~0.5 g/L的生根粉处理能够显著促进这些木本植物的萌发、生根、根长或扦插成活率,从而促进这些木本植物的扦插繁殖。

Abstract:

In recent years, 5 woody plants with elite ornamental traits and broad environmental adaptability, namely Caryopteris mongholica Bunge, Caryopteris×clandonensis. ‘Worcester Gold’, Hippophae rhamnoides Linn., Elaeagnus angustifolia Linn. and Symphoricarpos albus, are introduced into the landscaping of Beijing. To expand their plantation, we investigated the mass propagation by cutting methods, and studied the effects of different concentrations of rooting powder on budding and rooting rate of their cuttings. The results show that certain concentrations of rooting powder could promote the budding rate of Caryopteris mongholica Bunge, Caryopteris×clandonensis. ‘Worcester Gold’ and Hippophae rhamnoides Linn., enhance the rooting rate of Hippophae rhamnoides Linn., Elaeagnus angustifolia Linn. and Symphoricarpos albus, and improve the number of roots of Caryopteris mongholica Bunge, Caryopteris×clandonensis. ‘Worcester Gold’, Hippophae rhamnoides Linn. and Symphoricarpos albus. The regenerated root length of cuttings of these 5 woody plants is significantly improved by rooting powder of medium to low concentrations. Furthermore, rooting powder treatments could also promote the survival rate of cuttings in pot in Elaeagnus angustifolia Linn.. In conclusion, the treatment with 0.15-0.5 g/L rooting powder could significantly increase the budding, rooting, root length or survival rate of cuttings of the 5 woody plants, thus facilitate the mass propagation of these woody plants by cuttings.
