培养基缓释对罗非鱼养殖水体水质及微生物代谢状况的影响

摘要:

为研究培养基缓释碳源条件对罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)养殖水体水质和微生物代谢情况的影响。通过进行罗非鱼养殖试验,研究培养基缓释碳源对罗非鱼养殖水体水质的影响;通过Biolog-ECO技术,研究培养基缓释条件下,对养殖水体中微生物代谢多样性的影响。研究结果表明,培养基缓释条件下可有效改善罗非鱼养殖水体富营养化影响,有效降低养殖水体CODMn与叶绿素a的浓度,增加水体透明度。同时,培养基还明显增强了微生物对碳源的利用能力,试验组微生物活性明显高于对照组。培养基缓释对研究罗非鱼养殖水体水质和微生物代谢多样性有一定积极意义,为后续其在水产养殖中的应用提供了一定理论依据。

Abstract:

The paper aims to study the effect of heterotrophic nitrifying bacteria on the water quality and microbial metabolism of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) under the condition of sustained release carbon source in the medium. Through the tilapia culture experiment, the effects of the medium slow-release carbon source and different nitrifying bacteria on the tilapia culture water were studied; through the Biolog-ECO technology, the effect of the medium slow-release condition on the metabolic diversity of microorganisms in the culture water was studied. The research results showed that the medium slow-release condition could effectively improve the eutrophication trend of tilapia aquaculture water, reduce the concentration of CODMn and chlorophyll in the aquaculture water, and increase the transparency of the water body. At the same time, the medium also significantly enhanced the ability of microorganisms to utilize carbon sources, and the microbial activity of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The sustained release of medium has a certain positive significance for the study of water quality and microbial metabolic diversity of tilapia aquaculture, and provides a certain theoretical basis for its subsequent application in aquaculture.
