不同采收期板蓝根药材品质与气象条件的响应关系

The Quality of Isatidis Radix Response to Meteorological Condition in Different Harvesting Period

摘要:

基于黑龙江省大庆站2021年逐日气温、降水、相对湿度、日照资料和不同采收期板蓝根药材化学成分含量试验数据,采用灰色关联度分析法、SPSS数理统计分析法和PLS回归分析法,探讨了不同采收期气象条件对板蓝根药材化学成分含量的影响。结果表明:采收期温度、降水和日照是影响板蓝根化学成分含量的重要因子。当10 d平均最低气温<10℃,且10 d平均气温>10℃时,(R,S)-告依春含量最高,总核苷、尿苷、鸟苷和腺苷含量相对较高,适宜采收。当10 d累积降水量<25mm时,10 d累积日照时数越长,(R,S)-告依春、总核苷、鸟苷、尿苷和腺嘌呤的含量越多,表明连续多日晴好天气适宜采收。

Abstract:

Based on the data of daily temperature, precipitation, relative humidity, sunshine duration of Daqing in Heilongjiang Province in 2021, the methods of gray correlation analysis, SPSS mathematical statistical analysis, and PLS regression analysis were used, the chemical composition content of Isatidis Radix in different harvesting periods was analyzed. The effects of meteorological conditions on the chemical composition content of Isatidis Radix in different harvest periods were discussed. The results showed that temperature, precipitation and sunshine were important factors affecting the chemical composition content of Isatidis Radix. When the 10-day average minimum temperature was <10℃ and the 10-day average temperature was >10℃, content of (R,S)-epigoitrin was the highest, total nucleoside, uridine, guanosine and adenosine were relatively high and suitable for harvesting. When the 10-day cumulative precipitation was less than 25mm, the longer the 10-day cumulative sunshine hours, the more the content of (R,S)-epigoitrin, total nucleosides, guanosine, uridine and adenosine. Therefore, the results of the analysis indicated that the continuous sunny days were suitable for harvesting.
