高原环境下农业废弃物堆肥发酵参数研究

摘要:

利用堆肥发酵的方式获得有机肥,不但可以摆脱西藏地区有机肥不足需要从区外购买的困境,而且对改善西藏的生态环境、解决有机废弃物污染的问题也具有非常重要的意义。高原环境具有昼夜温差较大、常年低温及空气湿度较低等特点,目前对高原环境下的堆肥研究还鲜有报道。本研究在高原环境条件下对以青稞秸秆和牛粪为主要原料的堆肥发酵初始参数进行研究,结果表明,底物成分配比是影响堆肥高温期天数和底物降解的最重要因素,其次是通风时长,当牛粪和青稞秸秆比为2:1、含水率为60%、通风量设置为2 m3/min、持续时间为0.5 min/d时,可以获得较好的堆肥产品。研究结果可为高原条件下的堆肥发酵提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:

Obtaining organic fertilizer by composting can not only solve the problem of organic waste pollution and shortage of organic fertilizer in Tibet, but also can improve the ecological environment. The plateau is characterized by the large temperature variation between day and night, perennial low temperature and low air humidity. At present, there are few reports focused on composting in the plateau environment. In this paper, the initial parameters of composting fermentation with highland barley straw and cow dung as the main raw materials were studied under plateau environmental conditions. The results showed that the composition of feedstock was the most important factor affecting the thermophilic phase and the degradation rate, followed by the ventilation rate. When the ratio of cow dung to highland barley straw was set to 2:1, the moisture content was set to 60%, and the ventilation rate and time was set to 2 m3/min and 0.5 min/d, respectively, better composting performance could be obtained. The results of this study could provide reference for composting fermentation under plateau conditions.
