黑龙江省大庆地区黄芪引种适应性评价

Adaptability Evaluation of Astragalus Introduction in Daqing of Heilongjiang Province

摘要:

为筛选出适宜黑龙江省大庆地区栽培种植的黄芪材料1~2份,采用综合评价的分析法对从全国引进的23份黄芪材料的15个生物学性状调查数据进行比较分析。结果表明,23份黄芪材料中综合得分前2名材料分别来自内蒙古赤峰和黑龙江牛营子,它们的返青率在97%以上,种子千粒重在6.22 g以上,地下生物量在28.07 g以上,主根长在51.06 cm以上,多糖含量在17.61 g以上,株高在70.55 cm以上,田间长势及收获后获得黄芪产量和品质与综合评价结果一致,较适合黑龙江省大庆地区种植。

Abstract:

In order to screen out 1-2 astragalus materials suitable for cultivation and planting in Daqing area of Heilongjiang Province, a comprehensive evaluation method was used to compare and analyze the survey data of 15 biological traits of 23 astragalus materials introduced from the whole country. The regreening rate of the top two materials was above 97%. The thousand seed weight was more than 6.22 g, the underground biomass was more than 28.07 g, the main root length was more than 51.06 cm, the polysaccharide content was more than 17.61 g, and the plant height was more than 70.55 cm. Among them, the top two materials in the comprehensive score of 23 astragalus materials were from Chifeng of Inner Mongolia and Niuyingzi of Heilongjiang. The field growth and the yield and quality of astragalus obtained after harvest were consistent with the comprehensive evaluation results, which were more suitable for planting in Daqing area of Heilongjiang Province.
