低温和自然光照对环斑猛猎蝽4龄若虫滞育解除的影响

摘要:

人工饲养发现环斑猛猎蝽4龄若虫容易出现滞育现象,这严重制约了其繁殖效率。为提高人工饲养效率,本研究旨在探索有效打破滞育的方法。试验在河北省林科院昆虫实验室进行,将人工饲养的4龄环斑猛猎蝽若虫置于5℃(无光照,湿度50%)的低温条件下,采取恒温(5℃)和变温(15℃→5℃→15℃)2种处理方式,以及经低温处理后再进行自然光照处理。试验结果显示,5℃低温结合自然光照能够打破4龄环斑猛猎蝽的滞育,并且发育正常。其中,变温处理方式显著优于恒温处理,平均90.8 d完成1个世代,极大地提高了环斑猛猎蝽的人工饲养效率。深入研究环斑猛猎蝽4龄若虫滞育的诱导及解除机制,有助于解析其季节性适应模式生理机制,在应用上可以通过有目的地诱导或解除滞育,促进其规模化扩繁、贮存,为田间应用提供技术支撑。

Abstract:

Artificially reared 4th instar nymphs of Sphedanolestes impressicollis are prone to diapause, which seriously restricted its reproductive efficiency. To enhance breeding efficiency, it is necessary to artificially break diapause. In the insect laboratory of the Hebei Academy of Forestry Sciences, 4th instar nymphs of Sphedanolestes impressicollis were subjected to 5℃ (no light, 50% humidity) low-temperature treatment. Two treatments of constant temperature (5℃) and fluctuating temperature (15℃→5℃→15℃) were conducted, as well as natural light exposure after low-temperature treatment. The developmental progress of the 4th instar nymphs of Sphedanolestes impressicollis was regularly monitored. The results showed that 5℃ low temperature and natural light exposure could effectively break diapause in 4th instar nymphs of Sphedanolestes impressicollis, with normal development observed. Fluctuating temperature treatment significantly outperformed constant temperature treatment, with an average generation time of 90.8 days, improving the efficiency of artificial breeding for the 4th instar nymphs of Sphedanolestes impressicollis. The research of induction and termination of diapause in 4th instar nymphs of Sphedanolestes impressicollis contribute to understanding the seasonal adaptation patterns and mechanisms of this species. Practically, targeted induction or termination of diapause can promote large-scale propagation and storage, providing technical support for field applications.
