雀儿舌头根提取物对小菜蛾的生物活性研究

摘要： 为充分利用雀儿舌头这种杀虫植物资源，采用了不同的溶剂对雀儿舌头根中杀虫活性物质进行了提取，并分别对小菜蛾幼虫进行了拒食作用、生长发育抑制作用、胃毒作用、触杀作用、产卵忌避作用测定。结果表明：雀儿舌头根不同溶剂的提取物对小菜蛾幼虫拒食活性很强，也有一定的生长发育抑制作用和胃毒作用，但触杀作用非常弱，对小菜蛾成虫的产卵忌避活性也很低。三种提取物中以氯仿提取物生物活性最大。

Abstract: The root of Leptopus Chinensis was extracted with petroleum ether, chloroform and methyl alcohol by Sohxlet method. Insecticidal activities of crude extracts and fractions against Plutella xylostella larvae were tested. The results showed that the different extracts from the root of Leptopus chinensis had strong Antifeeding effect and a certain Growth and development inhibited effect, but the Contact toxicity and the Stomach toxicity were very weak, The methyl alcohol extract had a certain oviposition deterrence activity against Plutella xylostella adults, but the other two extracts didn't have. Of the three extracts, the chloroform extract was indicated that possessed the strongest bioactivities.
