水稻矮杆鞘包穗突变体A846的叶绿素荧光特性研究

摘要: 在水稻开花至完熟期间,利用荧光测定仪测定矮杆鞘包穗突变体A846和野生型植株的叶绿素荧光动力学参数。 数据采用SAS分析后得到如下结果:1)在光能吸收总量上并没有表现差异。2)在Yield指标上,整个测定周期都没有表现出差异,而NPQ指标极显著差异,与qP互为消长。3)发生差异的时刻为扬花期(9月17号)。4)突变体光合生理周期较野生型前移3—5天。

Abstract: Using fluorescence detector measured chlorophyll fluorescence parameters form rice flowering to mature-fully.The data analysis using SAS-Software and the results of the mutant (A846) compared with wild-type as flowing: 1) There is no difference in light energy absorption. 2) On Yield indicators, showed no differences in entire cycle but the indicators of NPQ is significant difference, with a trade-off qP indicators. 3) The occurrence of differences in flowering time (September 17). 4) According the fluorescence-characteristics between the mutant and wide-type rice, we can make sure that the period of photosynthesis is the mutant earlier to wild-type rice 3—5 days.
