三种金银木抗性生理特性比较

摘要:为了探索长绿期金银木、普通绿叶金银木和红叶金银木的抗性强弱,以不同种金银木为试验材料,分别在4、5、7、11月取样,系统测定可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、游离脯氨酸、丙二醛含量以及SOD、POD、CAT活性等指标,初步了解了3种金银木的渗透调节及保护酶活性的变化规律,结果表明:在自然生长状态下,长绿期金银木和红叶金银木均表现出较强的渗透调节能力,长绿期金银木保护酶活性较红叶金银木和金银木强。

Abstract:

Abstract: In order to explore the resistibility of evergreen Amur honeysuckle, normal Amur honeysuckle and red-leave Amur honeysuckle, sample different types in April, May, July and November, systematically test activity indexes as soluble sugar, soluble protein, free proline, contents of malonaldehyde and SOD, POD. Get a primary understanding of the changing rules of osmotic adjustment and protective enzyme activities of these three kinds of Amur honeysuckles. It shows that under the normal growing process, evergreen Amur honeysuckle and normal Amur honeysuckle have stronger abilities of osmotic adjustment, and evergreen Amur honeysuckle has the strongest abilities of protective enzyme activities among the three types.
