云南芭蕉芋资源评价

Evaluation of Edible Canna (Canna Edulis Ker) Germplasms from Yunnan Province

摘要:

芭蕉芋是重要的块根块茎作物,目前主要用于淀粉生产。对云南收集的芭蕉芋资源进行评价,以期筛选到高淀粉的资源。方法是利用田间试验、干物质和淀粉含量的测定来进行评价。实验结果表明,虽然除FY-1外的各品系外形差别不大,株高没有明显差异,但平均基部分枝数、平均开花率和块茎产量均有明显的差异,尤其是干物质含量和淀粉含量的差异比较大,而且地下块茎熟食品质也有明显的差异。来自云南西畴的品系XC-1的地下块茎产量和粗淀粉率较高,有较高的利用价值。在云南各地收集和评价芭蕉芋资源能筛选出高淀粉含量的遗传资源,有望在其中选育出高淀粉品种。

Abstract:

The edible canna (Canna Edulis Ker) is an important tuber crop which can be used for starch production. We evaluated the edible canan germplasms from Yunnan for high starch content cultivars by yields, dry matter, and starch content at Yuxi, Yunnan, China. The result showed there was significant difference in the rate of flowering, the number of branches, yields, dry matter, and starch content among germplasms from Yunnan; the cultivars XC-1 from xichou, Yunnan, was valuable with high yield and high starch content. The valuable cultivars could be chosen from germplasms collected in Yunnan Provence, China.
