胡麻饼的营养成分测定及其在陕北白绒山羊瘤胃内降解利用的研究

Flax Seed Meal: Nutrition Determination and Utilization in Shanbei White Cashmere Goat Rumen

摘要: 为充分利用当地饲料资源,测定和分析胡麻饼常规营养成分,然后将其放入装有永久性瘤胃瘘管陕北白绒山羊的瘤胃内,用尼龙袋法测定和分析了胡麻饼在6、12、24、48 h 内干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)、粗纤维(CF)的瘤胃消失率。结果表明:胡麻饼CP、CF、粗脂肪(EE)、粗灰分(CA)、Ca 和P 分别为36.2%、8.98%、7.82%、7.02%、0.47%、0.81%。在陕北白绒山羊瘤胃内6、12、24、48 h 内,干物质消失率分别为55.11%、78.75%、78.77%、85.75%,CP 消失率分别为52.82%、61.94%、72.4%、75.32%,CF 消失率分别为23.9%、25.1%、26.2%、28.6%。因此认为,胡麻饼CP和EE含量较高,DM和CP消失率在24 h 内可达78.77%和72.4%,消化利用效果较好。

Abstract: To make full use of feed resources, we analyzed the main conventional nutrients of flax seed meal. Then we put flax seed meal into the rumen of Shanbei white cashmere goat fitted with permanent rumen fistula, and degradation rate of dry matter, crude protein and crude fiber in rumen were analyzed by using nylon bag method at 6, 12, 24 and 48 h. The results showed that content of crude protein, crude fiber, crude fat, ash, calcium and phosphorus in flax seed meal were 36.2%, 8.98%, 7.82%, 7.02%, 0.47% and 0.81%, respectively. Dry matter degradation rate was 55.11%, 78.75%, 78.77% and 85.75% in Shanbei white cashmere goat rumen at 6, 12, 24 and 48 h, respectively. Degradation rate of crude protein was 52.82% , 61.94% , 72.4% and 75.32%, respectively, and degradation rate of crude fiber was 23.9%, 25.1%, 26.2% and 28.6%, respectively. The results indicated that crude fat and crude protein content were relatively high in flax seed meal. Degradation rate of dry matter and crude protein could reach 78.77% and 72.4% within 24 hours, and Shanbei white cashmere goat had a good digestion of flax seed meal.
