向日葵和土壤中精异丙甲草胺的残留动态研究

Residue Dynamics Of S-metolachlor in Sunflower and SoiI

摘要:为了评价精异丙甲草胺在向日葵上的残留动态及环境安全性,在北京、吉林两地同时进行了精异丙甲草胺在向日葵上的残留动态试验。结果表明,北京地区精异丙甲草胺在向日葵植株中的半衰期为5.10 d,在土壤中的半衰期为9.83 d;吉林地区精异丙甲草胺在向日葵植株中的半衰期为11.89 d,在土壤中的半衰期为7.21d。两年两地的最终残留结果显示:在推荐使用剂量下,收获的向日葵中精异丙甲草胺的残留量均低于最大允许残留限量(MRL)0.1 mg/kg,收获的向日葵食用是安全的。

Abstract:

Abstract:Field trail for S-metolachlor residue in sunflower and soil were conducted in Beijing and Jilin province,respectively.The results showed that the half-1ife of degradation for S-metolachlor was 5.10d in plant of sunflower, 9.83d in soil in Beijing. The half-life of degradation for S-metolachlor in Jilin was 11.89 d in plant of sunflower,7.21 d in soil.Two-year and two-area results showed that the terminal residues in sunflower field samples were lower than MRL(0.1 mg/kg). When S-metolachlor was applied to the sunflower seed field ecosystem at the recommended dosaged, the sunflower harvested coule be sonsidered safe.
