氮磷钾与锌肥互作对小麦旗叶生理代谢的影响

摘要:

采用裂区试验设计,研究高产小麦种植体系中氮磷钾与锌肥互作对小麦旗叶生理代谢的影响。研究结果表明,施锌能明显提高小麦旗叶SOD(超氧化物歧化酶),POD(过氧化物酶)以及GDH(谷氨酸脱氢酶)的活性,增施锌肥后,各指标增加量最大为SOD为35.7%(NKZn)、POD为10.3%(NKZn)、GDH为38.7%(NPZn),尤以结合氮肥配施效果最明显,对提高小麦产量和品质有重要意义。但锌肥对SPS(磷酸蔗糖合成酶)活性影响不显著,而施用磷钾肥能够明显提高SPS的活性,提高量最大为36.5%(PKZn),从而提高小麦蔗糖含量。

Abstract:

The effects of combined application of Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium and Zinc fertilizer on the physiological of flag leaf on wheat were studied using Split-plot experimental design. The results showed that the activity of SOD, POD and GDH were increased by using Zinc fertilizer,and the increment was 35.7% of SOD, 10.3% of POD and 38.7% of GDH, and the most obvious effect was the N mixed which could improve the yield and quality. And also showed that there was little effect on SPS by using Zinc fertilize but Phosphorus and Potassium could improve the SPS activity obviously, the increment was 36.5%, then the sucrose of wheat were increased.
