不同生育时期低温处理对水稻品质的影响

摘要:

为了研究吉林省水稻生育中后期低温对稻米品质的影响,对目前吉林省主要水稻栽培品种孕穗期、抽穗期和灌浆期的低温处理下主要营养物质的变化进行研究,进而对水稻生产栽培和抗性育种提供理论依据。根据吉林省水稻生产中后期的气候特点,对吉林省7个主要水稻栽培品种在孕穗期、抽穗期和灌浆期进行空气低温处理,分析不同生育时期低温与稻米品质之间的相互关系。结果表明,对稻米品质影响最大的时期是灌浆期,其次是抽穗期,最小的是孕穗期;同时,不同水稻品种间耐冷性具有明显差异,低温处理下同一品种3种营养物质含量在不同生育时期的差异与品种的耐冷性有一定的相关性,而同一生育时期3种营养物质的降低幅度之间却没有明显的相关性。因此,在水稻灌浆期采取相应的栽培管理措施对提高稻米的营养品质具有重要作用,同时选育优良的水稻品种是增强水稻耐冷性提高水稻品质的一种有效途径。

Abstract:

The purposes of this paper are to research the impact of low temperature during mid and late growing period on rice quality, study the changes of nutrients of the main rice varieties in Jilin province under cold treatment and at the same time to give theory support for cultivation and resistant breeding. According to the climate feature of Jilin province, 7 main cultivars had been chosen as the material, which had been treated in low air temperature during heading, booting and filling stages. The relationship between low air temperature of different stage and rice quality had been analyzed. The results indicated that the filling stage was the most important and has the biggest influence on rice quality, and then was the heading stage, booting stage had the lowest impact on rice quality. The results also told us that different rice varieties had different tolerance to cold. The difference of three nutrients content of the same varieties in different growth period under low temperature had certain correlation with the cold tolerance, three nutrients. The reduction of three nutrients in the same growth period was no significant correlation. Above all, in order to improve rice nutritional quality, it is important to carry on some cultivated management during filling stage. And good rice varieties’ selection will be one of useful ways to strengthen cold tolerance and improve rice quality.
