Abstract:

China has completed the system of agricultural products quality standard basically, but it still has some problems such as the imperfect quality standard system. And it should be improved in its supporting part, the scientific and the practical nature as well. This paper concerns the collecting of the limited standard in agricultural pollutants both in China and abroad. The paper also completely analyzes the national standards and industry standards on food and agricultural products maximum residue limit (MRL) of pollutants. It classifies and summarizes the different pollutant limited standards in order to provide a useful basis for constructing a new standard system in pollutants. The paper also proposes a prospect of constructing of agricultural pollutants limitation in China.
